Participation in the Ink & Paper Italy Etching Retreat (15–21 May 2026) is limited to ensure focused instruction and access to the studio.
To confirm your place, a €500 non-refundable deposit is required. This allows me to secure materials, studio access, and advance planning costs.

Balance & Early Booking Discount
The remaining balance is payable closer to the retreat date.
Early Booking Discount
Participants who confirm their place before 31 January 2026 will receive a 10% early booking discount, applied to the remaining balance only (the €500 deposit is excluded from the discount).
Balance payment timing will be arranged directly with you once your place is confirmed.

Payment FAQs
Is the deposit refundable?
No. Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable, as they cover advance organisational and booking costs.
When is the remaining balance due?
Balance timelines vary depending on booking date. You will receive clear instructions after your deposit is received.
Can I pay the balance in stages?
In some cases, yes. Payment plans may be available for early bookings and are arranged individually. Final payments must be made two months prior to the retreat start date.
What does the retreat package include?
Accommodation, meals, tuition, course materials, studio access, retreat organisation, local excursions, transfers to and from the Chiusi–Chianciano Terme railway station to the villa and programmed activities.
My partner/friend doesn't want to do the course, does the 'non partipating partner' option include everything else?
Yes. Guests who want to attend but do not want to partake in the actual course their package includes accommodation, meals, retreat organisation, local excursions, transfers to and from the Chiusi–Chianciano Terme railway station to the villa and programmed activities.
How do I know my place is confirmed?
Your place is confirmed once the deposit payment has been successfully completed.
