Participation is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and to ensure each participant receives meaningful individual guidance in this process-led studio setting.
To reserve your place, a €500 deposit secures your participation. This allows advance preparation of materials, studio access, and retreat planning.
Once your deposit is received, I’ll be in touch personally to welcome you, confirm your accommodation preferences, and arrange a relaxed call if you'd like — a chance for us to meet, talk through any questions, and ensure you feel fully comfortable before moving forward.

What Your Retreat Package Includes
Your retreat package includes:
• Accommodation
• Daily meals prepared by our on-site chefs *
• Full studio access
• Instruction and guided printmaking sessions
• Course materials
• Informal excursions to nearby lakeside and hilltop villages, offering space to explore and enjoy the surrounding Umbrian landscape together
• Transfers to and from Chiusi–Chianciano Terme railway station
• Shared retreat experiences and group activities
Specific accommodation details are confirmed individually once your place is secured.

After Booking
Once your deposit is received:
• You’ll receive a confirmation email
• I’ll personally follow up to welcome you and answer any questions (if we haven't already done so)
• We can arrange a relaxed chat if you'd like reassurance or guidance
Closer to the retreat, you’ll receive:
• Travel suggestions
• Packing guidance
• Studio preparation details
• A full retreat schedule
A WhatsApp group will be created shortly before arrival so we can stay connected.
From the moment you land in Italy, I’ll be available to help with any travel questions or unexpected hiccups — offering reassurance especially for solo travellers.
A Note on Deposits & FLEXIBILITY
To secure your place, a €500 deposit is required.
This allows me to confirm the villa, studio time, and materials in advance for the group.
The deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is refundable within 30 days of booking (minus any transaction fees), giving you time to confirm your plans with confidence.
After this period, payments may become non-refundable due to advance commitments for accommodation, studio hire, and materials.
If your plans change later, please reach out — I will always do my best to help, including assisting in filling your place where possible.
For added peace of mind, travel insurance is recommended.
Payment FAQs
Is the deposit refundable?
The €500 deposit secures your place and allows me to confirm the villa, studio time, and materials in advance.
Because these arrangements are made specifically for the group, deposits are non-refundable. That said, if life throws something unexpected your way, please do reach out — I will always do my best to help where possible.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance is typically due around 4–6 weeks before the retreat begins.
For those booking closer to the start date, payment timelines can be arranged more flexibly.
Once your place is reserved, I’ll confirm your individual payment schedule with you directly — keeping everything clear and manageable.
For bookings made closer to the retreat start date, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
This simply reflects the final stages of retreat preparation, where arrangements have already been confirmed.
If you're considering joining at a later stage, feel free to reach out — I’ll always do my best to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Can I pay the balance in instalments?
In some cases, yes.
If spreading payments would be helpful, just let me know — I’m happy to explore a simple plan where possible, depending upon timing.

Everything is designed so you can focus fully on the creative experience.
Can a partner attend without taking part in the course?
Yes — non-participating guests are very welcome.
They can share the accommodation and enjoy the meals, excursions, and retreat environment, even if they choose not to join the studio sessions.
How do I know my place is confirmed?
Once your deposit is received, your place is secured.
I’ll then personally reach out to welcome you, answer any questions, and confirm the next steps.
