Reserve Your Place

If you feel drawn to this experience, you’re warmly invited to take the next step — whether that’s reserving your place or simply reaching out for a conversation prior to booking.

Participation is intentionally limited to keep the experience personal and to ensure each participant receives meaningful individual guidance within this process-led studio setting.

To reserve your place, a €500 deposit secures your participation. This allows advance preparation of materials, studio access, accommodation coordination, and retreat planning.

Once your deposit is received, I’ll be in touch personally to welcome you, confirm your accommodation preferences, and arrange a relaxed call if you would like — a chance for us to meet, talk through any questions, and ensure you feel fully comfortable before moving forward.

This is a human experience, not an automated transaction ❤️

A Note on Deposits & FLEXIBILITY

A €500 deposit is required to secure your place.

This confirms your participation and allows us to secure the villa, studio time, materials, chefs, and all advance arrangements required to deliver the retreat experience.

The deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is refundable within 30 days of booking (minus transaction fees), provided the retreat is not due to take place within that 30-day period.

If your booking is made less than 30 days before the retreat start date, or if the retreat is due to begin within 30 days of booking, the full amount unfortunately becomes non-refundable due to the immediate and irreversible commitments made on your behalf.

After the 30-day booking window, and in all cases within 30 days of the retreat start date, payments are non-refundable.

If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible.

You may request to transfer your place to another participant, subject to approval to ensure the group experience remains appropriate and balanced.

Any refund or transfer involving a replacement participant is not guaranteed and can only be offered where a suitable replacement is successfully secured. Where this is possible, it is offered as a goodwill gesture, minus transaction fees, and always at our discretion.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect your booking in case of unexpected change.

Payment FAQs

Is the deposit refundable?

The €500 deposit secures your place and enables all advance planning and commitments. Because these arrangements are made specifically for your participation, the deposit is non-refundable.

That said, if unexpected circumstances arise, please contact us and we will always do our best to help where possible.

When is the remaining balance due?

The remaining balance is typically due 4–6 weeks before the retreat begins.

For bookings made closer to the retreat start date, full payment may be required at the time of booking, as all arrangements will already be in their final stages.

Once your place is reserved, your individual payment schedule will be confirmed with you directly to ensure clarity and ease.

Can I pay the balance in instalments?

In some cases, yes. If spreading payments would be helpful, please get in touch and we can discuss an arrangement depending on timing.
